I was on a panel of speakers for a PRNews Online webinar last Wednesday on crisis communications. I profiled to online crisis events: Ford Motor Company's conflict with the Black Mustang Club, and BoingBoing's crisis unpublishing Internet sex columnist Violet Blue.
